Our first and formost concern on deciding to start up a spa chain was finding a right kind of consultant at good prices, Spa Consultancy fitted the bill but they were not Delhi based, as we were. Next on our minds was,how a long distance consultancy will work for us. Our first meeting with Manish Patwardhan, helped sorting that issue to some extent, but we were still doubtful in our minds.
